We constructed a total of 8 natural stone villas in Prines, just a few kilometres from Rethymno town.
These villas were built on a unique land on the edge of the village, 200m above sea level with magnificent mountain and sea views.
It is a very quiet and green area and the village centre is in walking distance of about 500mtrs. Rethymno town and the sea can be reached by car in a few minutes.
We have also restored many old houses in Greece.
This house is just one example for our restoration work. It was restored for the first time in 1879. Our restoration work took place in 1999 and was completed in 2000.
We respected the stone built construction and used only natural building elements, mostly stones and wood.
