We have also restored many old houses in Greece.

This house is just one example for our restoration work. It was restored for the first time in 1879. Our restoration work took place in 1999 and was completed in 2000.

We respected the stone built construction and used only natural building elements, mostly stones and wood.

The property is divided in 2 buildings: The main building and the guesthouse are connected with an arche bridge.

It is located in the village Atsipopoulo, just 3kms from the city of Rethymno and the beach.

There are fanatstic views to the sea and to the mountains. 

The main building has a total of three levels:

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The living room is on the first floor in order to enjoy the magnificent views to the sea and to the mountains. There is one other room on the second floor which is used as an office today.

The guesthouse has a small living room on the ground floor, the open kitchen and the bathroom. The open gallery bedroom can be reached through wooden stairs.

There are two verandas with spectacular views to the sea and to the mountains.
