This house was completed in 1885. It has a living area of ​​110m² on a plot of 243m². It is a house built in the traditional Cretan style of stone. It is a very rare property as it has a small garden and you also have a very nice view of the sea from the upper floor. This combination is extremely rare for old traditional stone houses as they are usually built in small alleys so that you only have a view of the houses opposite. There is also a small courtyard which provides a lot of shade in the summer thanks to the vines. The house was inhabited until recently. The Greek owner died at the age of almost 100, a truly good omen for the healthy living atmosphere of this house. Electricity and water are connected and the house is habitable. Roustika is a small village, about 20 kms southwest of Rethymno. There is a monastery, a cultural center and a museum here. In addition, a small "pedestrian zone" has been built that leads to a very nice tavern, which is also very popular with residents of the city of Rethymno. In Roustika there are now numerous holiday homes that are rented out to holidaymakers. The north coast can be reached in about 15 minutes and the south coast is only about 20 minutes away by car.
