We constructed a total of 6 natural stone houses in Viran Episkopi, about 12 kilometres from Rethymno town.

These villas were built on a unique land at the edge of the village, with nice mountain and sea views.

It is a very quiet and green area and the village centre is in walking distance of about 500mtrs. Rethymno town and the sea can be reached by car in a few minutes.

Each house was built on a land of approx. 500m², which is surrounded by natural stone walls, offering privacy to the owners. There are private swimming pools witha size of 32m²

The houses have a size of 80m², built on one floor. There is a livingroom and a kitchen area on the ground floor, both divided by a stone built arche. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the ground floor. 

These houses are the perfect places for the use of a holiday home but some of them are also used as a permanent residence.
